Hugging this character: Please ask first. He's got sensory processing issues and likes affection, but doesn't like being disoriented. He also has the usual PTSD that you get from being in a four million year space war.
Kissing this character: See above. He's also in a monogamous relationship.
Flirting with this character: He probably won't notice, but you can try. He's very, very married and if he does notice, will be shy/flustered and firm about saying no. He's more likely to notice if you try to flirt with Ravage; if he thinks you're serious about that, he will shut that down hard.
Fighting with this character: If you really want to fight, I'm okay with it, but he's pretty badass and tends to bring friends to fights. Lots of friends. He usually tries to avoid fighting, but if he decides to fight, he's decided to win.

Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Soundwave IS a telepath. He's 4.5 million years old. If you get in a telepath fight with him, chances are he'll win.
Warnings: Soundwave has multisensory processing disorder and is autistic. If sufficiently upset, he will lose his words and melt down. It's not pretty. He is very possessive and protective of Ravage in particular, his "kids", and the people who work for him, and now that he's his own boss, he won't leave any of them behind or let them be fucked with. He can also be extraordinarily vindictive, and will sometimes be petty, childish, mean and/or rude to people who have threatened or harmed him or his own in the past. He's a very good friend and an absolutely awful enemy.
